Joyce has been a musician for many years and has a true love for music and creating music. She aquired a music education degree from McNeese State University and went on to play Flute with the Lafayette Orchestra and both Saxophone and Flute with the Lafayette, Louisiana Orchestra and both Saxophone and Flute in several bands. She put her instruments down for a while to raise a family but she is back now and can be heard playing all around North Texas and in particular at Faith Missionary Church in Rowlett, Texas. Joyce is a grounded musician who loves Jazz and Gospel music. The combination of the two styles of music allows her to create music worthy of the title of her first CD entitled, "Sweet Dreams".Click on the photo for more information about Joyce and her music.
